Exchanges & Warranty

What to do in case of:

-Receiving the wrong item

-Receiving a defective item

-Having missing items from your order

1) In case of receiving the wrong item it must be returned un-worn, un-washed, and all tags must still be attached.

2) All Entreaguas items have a 3-month warranty in case there’s any manufacturing defect: in case they tears, change color or depart from the intended design. Items damaged through normal use are not eligible for this warranty.

In both these cases, we cover any shipping expenses of sending back the merchandise and exchanging it.

What to do in case of wanting to exchange an item:

The Entreguas Team is always here to help you get the exact piece and size you desire, so after a purchase you have 30 days to exchange an item (please allow 5-10 days for package transit). Any items you want to exchange must be sent back un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.

In this case, Entreaguas is not responsible for shipping charges or for any customs fees incurred from importing goods. You will NOT be reimbursed for shipment fees under any circumstance. Entreaguas is not liable for returns lost in the mail and no credit will be issued for such cases.

All custom-made items are FINAL SALES.
