How do I make an exchange?

To make an online exchange, follow these easy steps:

1. Make sure the pieces meet our exchange conditions. Items must be unworn, unwashed or unaltered in any way with all tags attached and hygiene seal in place. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on pieces that do not meet these conditions.

2. Email us at with your order code and the reference of the pieces you want to exchange.

3. Send your pieces to the address we'll provide once you contact us. Get a tracking number! We are unable to exchange your pieces without a tracking number.

4. Send an email to with the tracking number of the package. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Once we receive your package, we will send you an email with the instructions of how to reorder the new size or model you want.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, but we will pay to send it back to you!

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for any of our pieces, follow our size guide or contact us with any questions to ensure you have the perfect fitting piece. 

What items are final sale?

All sale items are final, they are yours to keep.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or with a fault?
