Not quite right? No worries, we want you to love your Entreaguas art piece as much as we do, so we happily accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all non-sale items.

How do I make an exchange?

To make an online exchange, follow these easy steps:

1. Make sure the items meet our exchange conditions. They must be unworn, unwashed or unaltered in any way with all tags attached and hygiene seal in place. Unfortunately, we can't accept exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

2. Fill out our exchange form and we will get back to you shortly.

3. Send your items to the address we'll provide once you contact us.

4. Get your package tracking number and email it to us. We are unable to exchange your pieces without a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.

We'll be more than happy to change your art pieces for a different size or give you store credit to be used in purchases of equal or higher value of the exchanged items.

Please note that while we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, we will pay to send it back to you!

Exchanges can take up to five business days to be processed once the items are received back into our warehouse. During busy periods it can take longer for exchanges to be processed.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by Entreaguas.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for any of our pieces, follow our size guide or contact us with any questions to ensure you have the perfect fitting piece. 

What items are final sale?

All sale items and "Last chance to buy" items are final, they are yours to keep.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or with a fault?

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged piece, please contact us immediately at howcanihelpyou@entreaguas.com.co.
